IRONMAN & THOMAS

Quinn loved trick or treating this year but our neighbor opened his door and made spooky noises so that was the end for Cannon. He was too scared to go up to the rest of the doors. Halloween is "SCARY"!
I am learning the tricks of being a parent. We got so much candy this year, that I secretly recycled it back out the door into other trick or treaters bags......come on.....a 5 year old and 2 year old do not need a pound of candy.....because mom ends up eating most of it.

Great costumes. I don't even know what a boy should dress up as!!

You should've taken your kids candy and given it to other kids who didn't want to trick or treat and call it "trick or treating Obama-tax style."

Avery loved looking at Quinn. We too have way too much candy. Lucky for the primary kids!

That iron man is the best, Quinn is such a ham. I love the recycling idea, although cannon doesn't look to happy about it, or he just serious about his engineer duties?

Question, How does Julie come up with such clever/nice comments all the time? I love it.

Maile!!! Little Cannon looks so cute! I love the story about him thinking Halloween is scary. Or as Avery says, "Carey mom, it is carey." Little Quinny looks so cute with all his candy.

I never realized why Halloween is so much fun for kids until this year watching my own kids: they get to dress up and wear it outside the house, go trick or treating until they or their parents drop dead, return home with loads of candy and in our case stay home way past their bedtimes. No wonder Taylor wants to know when the next Halloween is. That picture of Quin looks like he definitely agrees.

The costumes are so cute and so well fitted for the both of them! We can't wait to see you in a few weeks for Thanksgiving!
