We worked on projects again this week. My dad of course spear-headed all of them. He helped me trim out Cannon & Quinn's rooms, put a new light fixture up, power-washed the steps and driveway, put in a new closet door & frame, moved our entry light up, textured our kitchen ceiling, cleaned our garage, and continued the fireplace mantle project........the man is a machine. The picture shows the flying buttress Nate and Dad created to keep the sheetrock on the bricks while the glue dried. We all made a pact that if we heard a big crash in the night, no one needed to bother to get up and see the mess.
AGAIN, THANKS DAD!!!

you guys are nuts!! that's amazing what you've done to the house, we may pass it by when we come back next summer! I can't wait to see all the work you've done. You're dad is a hero.
That picture looks eerily like the place you normally keep your kids!;)
Isn't dad the best! Little does he know that I have a few projects in mind for him this week while he's here. Too bad we all can't afford to just have him as our personal handy man!
It looks good. I have never been to your house but I can see the difference just from past pictures on your blog. Good job!
That is so impressive. As fellow home renovators or currently still home builders I can appreciate all the work and how much an extra pair of experienced hands can be. We hope we can get together with you two soon!
