Quinn had his first day of kindergarten today. He couldn't wait for the bus to come. We actually set the timer on the stove so he could keep looking to see how many minutes until the bus would come. It pulled up and he jumped right on. He even waved. Yes, Nate & I both cried.

WOW! I had to choke down a few lumps in my throat when I took the girls to school yesterday myself! I am excited to hear about his day.
Gosh, they grow up so quickly! I cried more when the first one went to college than when they went to kindergarten...go figure.
Parker went off to school for the first time this year as well. It was pretty sad. They just grow up too fast. Thanks for all the wonderful posts. Montana and Canada sure are beautiful, albeit for 4 months out of the year.:p Those look like some great experiences for the kids and such beautiful scenery. It looks like grandma and grandpa enjoyed the time as well.
That is awesome that he's in school now! Did you decide to do the half day kindergarten? He's a smartie pants, he won't have any issues in 1st grade, I promise!
I totally know how you feel. It is exciting but kind of sad too. He is going to have so much fun in school!
