Is it still located conveniently adjacent to a skate park? Because that would definitely be a selling point for me! I remember how fun it is to keep a spotless house with two little kids. Because of course everybody wants to drop by in 20 minutes, nobody says, "Can we come next week?" Anyway, good luck!!
