Watch for falling rock

The other night Maile and I were jolted awake at 2:30 am by a crash and something that sounded like our garbage can being rolled down our driveway. When I went out to investigate I found that someone has taken a loaf-of-bread sized rock from our yard and smashed it on the hood of my car. The rock then rolled off the car and down our driveway to the street. When I called the police the officer asked if I had any teenage kids. I said no. The next question was very telling; he asked me if I had a ex-wife or ex-girlfriend. Under other circumstances, that would have been funny.

Hallway Olympics

Quinn wanted to show that Spider Man (that's him) can jump over anything. He kept upping the ante until he was using every couch cushion we have in his stunts.

Uh.. you have something in your teeth

Cannon is learning to operate a fork and spoon. He has the grip down pretty well, but his aim needs some work. He had spaghetti in his hair, ears, back of his neck and down his chest inside his shirt.

Quinn's Birthday

Quinn's birthday was fun and a bit hectic. He shares his birthday with his Aunt Robyn and now his cousin Cash. We got a call that morning saying Nalani was heading for the hospital. We were hoping he'd be born on Quinn's birthday instead of on leap year.
We had a Nacho bar for dinner and Quinn and Myah(her birthday is 2 days later) shared a Princess and Train birthday cake. Quinn loved his remote control train he got and Myah loved her Hannah Montana Barbie doll.

Girls

It's fun having Gabe and Dave's girls around cause they love all the "girly" things.

Outside

One of Cannons favorite words is "Outside". The other day he went and got his hat and put it on and stood by the door and said, "Outside."
