Let's have a contest. This time of year the spiders get HUGE. This spider was on my back garage door. The thing is I was too afraid to get close enough to take a real good picture. POST YOUR spiders. They have to be on your property.

Grandma & Cannon

Theme of the Week

Grandma spoils Quinn. But only if he says, "You are the prettiest grandma in the whole wide world." He's eating a carmel apple grandma gave him.

Cornmaze & Pumpkin Patch

Grandma Oram came last week to help out while Nate was in China. About a mile down the road we have a market called EZ Orchards that has a corn maze and pumpkin patch, hay rides and a petting zoo. As Quinn and I came out of the corn maze a friend told me that grandma had just gone in looking for us. Quinn was concerned that like Bob the Builders dad in one of his DVD's, that grandma was going to get lost in the corn maze. I secretly was concerned as well.

FSBO

The house will be put on the market this week.

FRIENDS

THESE ARE QUINN'S FIRST FRIENDS ETHAN AND BRODY. HE HAS BEEN FRIENDS WITH ETHAN (THE ONE IN THE MIDDLE) SINCE THEY WERE 10 MONTHS OLD. WHEN THEY SEE EACH OTHER, THEY GIVE EACH OTHER BIG HUGS AND KISSES.

Apple Tree

This is Nate's niece Myah, Gabe and Dave's 2nd oldest. They have an apple tree in their backyard that the girls climb to the top of. The Jensen girls set the pace for the other kids on the block. They are hard to keep up with.

THE CLINCHER

DARREN WILL LOOK AT THIS PICTURE AND KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THIS IS. THIS IS ME PEAKING OVER OUR FENCE AT THE BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN OUR NEIGHBORS BACKYARD. YES, THAT WOULD BE A WOOD HALF PIPE. THEY BUILT A SKATE PARK IN THEIR BACKYARD RIGHT UP NEXT TO OUR HOUSE. IT IS SO NOISY AND THEY ARE OUT THERE BLASTING THEIR MUSIC, PROFANITY AND SMOKING POT AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY. THIS IS THE FINAL STRAW THAT HAS CONVINCED US TO SELL THE HOUSE. THE SIGN GOES UP NEXT WEEK. MY PARENT S AND AUNTS AND UNCLES MAY BE INCLINED TO INFORM ME THAT PAYBACK IS SWEET......I KNOW, I KNOW, I GET IT.

GHOST

Nate had to patch and sand our ceiling and the end result was a great "fix up" job and a man that looked like a ghost.

Halloween

Grandma Thomas sent us the cutest Halloween outfit for Cannon and a shirt for Quinn that says "Boo". THANK YOU!

Walk

Between conference we went for a walk.

Coast

We ventured out for our first trip to the coast this year....... by the time we got there it was windy, cold and foggy. We tried to fly a kite but it wouldnt fly. We helped a guy get his car unstuck from the sand. The place we chose to eat out had horrible food and we were both tired and grouchy. When we got home, we determined that was the BEST coast trip ever.
